Customers receive a written scope and price on the spot, and work only moves forward once the owner has walked the property with them to point out exactly what needs attention.
Business hours stay consistent so homeowners can reach someone directly: Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. That schedule supports the practical reality of inspecting roofs during daylight and scheduling repairs around North Carolina weather patterns.
